How long will it take for my order to arrive?
That depends on a variety of factors. Our processing time for most of the products is usually 5-7 business days. For wall hangings and custom orders the processing time is around 7-10 business days. Most US orders are sent via USPS first class mail or USPS priority mail. If you qualify for Priority Mail, your items will typically arrive in 1-3 days once shipped. If you opted for free shipping, orders will typically arrive in 5-7 days once shipped.
For made to order items, please see the item description for processing/order completion times. The same shipping speeds above apply once the item(s) are shipped.
Do you accept returns?
If you are unhappy with the order, then no problem, we accept returns on any unused items sent in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred in returning their items. For your protection, we encourage you to obtain tracking number and shipping insurance for your return package; as we are not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.
Refunds will be submitted upon successful delivery and confirmation of contents of the return package.
Do you accept custom orders?
I love to work on custom orders!. Whether it's customizing a previous work to fit your space or starting a new design from scratch, I can make something special and one of a kind just for you. Just shoot me a message with your specs and I should get back to you at the earliest with the timeline and feasibility
Are all your macrame art made to order?
YES! Each an every item in my shop is made to order just for you. That is what makes us different from others, because we care about your specific needs for decorating your space.
Can you dye my hanging a different color than the ones listed?
Of course! Let me know the specific color you want the hanging to be and I shall get back to you at the earliest.
