- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was damaged or defective.
